For years, Dalter Alimentari has been committed to guaranteeing the consumer a safe product of high quality; concretely, its mission translates into a large number of controls of the product and process, made in the plant and by outside agencies, and into advanced projects like that of the electronic nose.
Quality Assurance Department
Although Dalter Alimentari is a small/medium-sized company, for years it has chosen to invest in a modern Quality Assurance department, consisting of a team of four highly specialized persons. This unit controls every stage of the production process, every day, and follows the development of new products to ensure the highest quality standard through application of the plan of self-control HACCP- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point.
The internal laboratory performs constant chemical and physical tests on every lot of raw material and finished products, on the equipment and on the working environment. The personnel also follow regular training courses, updates and instructive seminars: a guarantee of reliability of the controls performed at every stage of production.
Research centers, clients and suppliers: allied with Dalter in safeguarding quality
With the goal of safeguarding its clients as much as possible, Dalter Alimentari does not limit its actions to internal controls, but commissions studies by international research center on the natural mechanisms responsible for aging, and on the characteristics of flavor and aroma of hard and semi-hard cheeses. Periodically, the clients also perform audits of the production processes: these are important occasions of inspection and control, because they enable the company to perfect its working methods.
Finally, qualified suppliers guarantee control of the raw materials and packing materials used in the production process.
