These refillable graters, patented by Dalter, are stand up plastic containers with a special aroma-saving lid, holding two cuts of cheese in a protective atmosphere. They are available in two different versions: one has a practical incorporated plastic grater to grate cheese directly onto meals every day, and the other has a special plastic slicer that is used to cut the product into shavings to decorate pizza or carpaccio dishes.
